Our Biodiesel centrifuges are upgraded to Viton Seals in all fluid contact areas. We also provide Explosion Proof Centrifuges, as needed.
Waste Vegetable Oil or WVO purification is efficiently handled by our hi-speed, self-cleaning, disc centrifuges. We recommend a minimum processing temperature of 160F for optimum separation efficiency. Pre-straining of WVO is also recommended to keep the sludge load on the WVO centrifuge within recommended levels. For larger capacity systems (with reduced budgetary constraints), we offer a “Soup-to-Nuts”, turn-key WVO purification system. Complete WVO treatment systems include:
